I wanted to put decent tires on my dad's 1998 Honda Odyssey without breaking the bank so I purchased a set of Yokohama AVID Ascend GT and had Tire Rack deliver and install the tires at my office. It went smoothly and I have been very happy with the tires and after more than 15,000 miles I am still happy.

Everything went according to plan with no additional surprises
In 1997 I ordered 4 dunlop tires from tire rack, yes before the internet. One of them got a bubble in the tread in about a year and 10k or so miles. TTR told me to send it back so I did.They measured the tread wear on the bubble which was obviously thin and denied me any mileage credit for warranty as you claimed the tire was "worn out". The rest of the tire had 80% tread except the actual bubble. This was unethical and kept me from ordering from TTR again for about 20 years. Lets see how you do if I have a problem again.
I did a whole review on this and submitted it. Then noticed it was a survey. Lol. Long story short. My kid picked up his first car/truck. 1984 Chevy C10. Tire rack had the rims and tires he wanted. I placed the order Monday at 1:40-1:45 pm. Tires were mounted and shipped Monday. Everything arrived in perfect condition. All Lugnuts and locks were secured inside the rims. Everything was perfect.
Long time customer. Fast plus immediate Customerservice when required relative to specific tire. Trustworthy and convenient for females.
My last deal arrived very very late so they gave me a $100 credit which was much appreciated. My order today is 4 tires for my van that I only use one day a week, so I picked up 4 on clearance for $120 a tire which was GREAT 👍
