Bought tires for 5 of my trucks and cars and will continue to use them.

Not sure yet, i have not put the tires on the car yet. I will install all of them together

Last time I ordered tires, price checkout and all that was great but after I ended up getting a flat I initially emailed customer service about it, the customer service rep was very clearly just using a script that didn't address any details with my specific situation. It didn't make sense in the context and was extremely frustrating. I finally called and got a good customer service over the phone with a different rep but it added a lot of stress and confusion to an already frustrating and stressful situation.

So easy i did it again. 10/10. There isn't much else to say, I'm glad you're passionate about tires so I don't have to be.

The last time I ordered a set of 4 tires on Dec/12/2024 I never even cut the straps until yesterday 03/21/25 and found 1 of the tires was damaged but when I called customer services I could ONLY get a discount if I purchase another tire. I don't think that was what I wanted to hear since the tires were brand new and never mounted. I supplied pictures indicating the damaged tire too. I made the mistake to buy them ahead of time but then again I never thought they were going to be damaged. The other thing is that the damage was on the inside where the white raised letters are and you could not see that side. The damage was only notice at the shop where they were getting mounted. I understand that they were purchased 3 months ago but the fact of the matter is that there were never even mounted. I was not happy with the way they handle my claim and I still had to get another tire since these are for an antique vehicle and the damage was very noticeable. Disappointed but I learned a good lesson.

Delivery of tires was suppose to happen the day before installation but tires didn't show up until next morning. I would have been nice to have had notification that the tires didn't deliver on time so I could have rescheduled appointment with Discount Tire. Communication could have been better.
