I've told you this before. Years ago bought 4 BF Goodrich tires, one of which 4 separate tire shops, including one Goodrich sent me to, could not balance, one place did manage a road force with 16 weights if memory serves. Goodrich had this crazy run around, even sent them a note from their recommended shop, nothing. When I contacted Tire rack nothing as well, left you'll one mean right up under BF Good Rich G-Force Comp-2 tire. Yes, I do remember somebody sent me a tire rack tire gauge. That tire was trash, wore out quick, never really balanced, wore out by 12,000 miles, that was a smooth BMW, but rode on those crap tires for about 6 months. And I do not recollect exactly when this happened, it was a while back
I bought a set of premium wheels with tires. They were as round as I have ever seen.
Even when there's an issue, TR has always made it right. The first place I go to try to buy what I need. Only if they don't have it will I shop elsewhere.
Excellent transaction. I have made many purchases over many years and race with the TireRack banner on my windshield. I highly recommend!
Needed tires several times while traveling the country. Tire rack eliminates all the stress of resolving the situation and I always get great service and the tires I need, not whatever tires happen to be available locally.
This is my 3rd time using Tirerack,
Reliable, reasonable and hazel free!
Great company great prices!
Previously things were good aside from getting the runaround on a warranty. Your 3rd party warranty company is a colossal $#*! ache and you should consider finding a new one.
Today's order was acceptable and improved from my last experience where I needed a warrenty tire after getting a bubble. I had to pay upfront for a new tire while that reimbursed me over a 1 month period through a 3rd party claims handler. The claims handler was awful and the website you have to submit pictures and report to barely works. Also the tire I had to warrenty was almost $300 vs about $109 when I ordered it 2 months prior. Hopefully todays experience is a sign of better management and improved service.
I have purchased 3-4 sets of tires from Tire Rack without a problem. Delivery is always within a few days of placing an order.
I have ordered several times from Tire Rack and never been disappointed. I'm looking forward to installing this set on my current vehicle
It is easy to navigate through TR's website, and sometimes they have rebates that save a little $$$. I particularly like the SPECS section where I can see the Country of Origin for the tires.
Always received quality products and very timely delivery at a great price. Just wish the Road Hazard was longer than 2 years since the service life of the tire in question has typically been 5+ years.
I had an issue with a tire warranty on a Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tire. While making an order for tires on my truck I replied to comments that I was disappointed with the way the tire warranty was handled. I received a phone call and an email from Elise Bello to ask the circumstances of the issue. I could tell that she really cared about my issue. I'm very happy to say the issue was resolved. I just purchased a full set of Michelin Sport 4s ZRs for my wife's 1LE and my Grand Sport.
Thank you for great customer service Elise.
I purchased a full set of tires fire my corvette and had a road debris puncture the first weekend that I went out. The tire was not repairable due to the size of the puncture. It was approved and I had the tire replaced. I submitted the invoice and the claim came back denied because of tread depth. The depth was 5/32 which is the new tire depth. I spoke with a customer service representative who looked up a new cup 2 tire and saw that it could look worn because of the design if someone not qualified to judge tire wear looked at it, after looking up the tire. I emailed the company and they sent back a email that said it is. It a covered repair. I am currently getting my copy of communication so that I can file a complaint with the state insurance agency and if not satisfied a bad faith law suit. I'm an investigator for a law firm and will have a lawyer handle that. At that point I will leave google and website reviews based on my complete experience.
I just bought a full set of Hoosier track pro tires for my wife's Camaro SS 1LE from another vendor due to your company not being a good faith insurance provider.
Good this is not my first time buying from tire rack. I had a good experience, purchasing the tires and then delivering to my personal residence because I don't need anyone to mount the tires. I will do them myself.
I searched for run flat tires. One of the results seemed like an amazing deal so to my cart they went. Upon checkout I received a disclaimer that they were not run flat tires. Contacted customer service and they confirmed that they weren't and sent a link to receive accurate results. Actual results were much more expensive. I purchased elsewhere.
Got a great set of all season tires for a previous sedan. Had a blow out on another car and required a whole new set of tires, solved the problem.
I ordered a new winter wheelset with Blizzak tires for my X7M50i. The new tires were all mounted in the same orientation, all four were mounted for the right side of the vehicle. The solution was for me, on my own time, bring my car to a tire shop to have the two tires remounted in the correct orientation. This cost me about 3.5 hours of my own time, taking me away from important work that needed to be taken care of, which then, as a result, cost me a day of PTO which costs $280. For all of this, Tire Rack felt they made up for this pretty serious error by crediting me $50. The way I see it, Tire Rack still owes me $350.
Hi Steven, we’re really sorry to hear there was an issue with your order — we will have the order reviewed and reach back out directly to you.
Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.

Jonathan, thank you for catching that issue and sharing your experience. We apologize for the confusion caused by the filter error on our website and understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met and we will have reviewed. We apologize for the inconvenince.
