Early delivery but I hate when they haggle me with proof of destroyed tire. I don't mind the photos but to ship the tore to them is too much.

I haven't been buying tires as often as I used to in my youth.

As I've grown older - and becoming an EV driver since 2009, I've driven all my cars more gently and smoothly for better efficiency. Coming back to Tire Rack after few years (first replacement tires in my 2019 Chevy Bolt, approx. 49,000 solo driver miles), I know why I've been a Tire Rack customer for so long: Selection, Service, Price and Easy to navigate website.

There was a minor glitch where one of the local installer that was previously available didn't pop up as an option, I found a workaround by selecting preferred installers in a dedicated installer section. All good now.

Great service, product arrived as promised and cost was as stated.

My experiences have been great. I've had employees call me to confirm a size because the system said the tires may not fit. And the tires always come in excellent condition, no issues and are received in a very timely manner!

Tire installation took about 3 hours, on Saturday morning with a 9 AM appointment. Then tires had an uncomfortable and concerning vibration. Went back twice to have it checked out, and was told there is nothing wrong with the tires, so I should return them. I looked on Tire Rack for different tires, and this time talked to a sales representative who told me that the tires are the correct size, but he would not have recommended those tires for my type of car. So he recommended a different set of tires for me that I just ordered. When I asked him about whether I will be charged an installation fee again, he said that shouldn't, so I should talk to a warranty specialist to work with Discount Tire to waive the fee. But when I did, I was told she can't do anything, that I would have to talk to Bridgestone/Firestone to ask them. I am worried that I will be charged ann installation fee again.
