I was able to get the tires I needed and the road hazard included that really did cover the tire when we hit a piece of metal in the high way. Tire Rack provides great service and they have great prices!

Competitive prices, fast shipppng and I've never needed customer service but I'll bet that's good too. Love the amount of informative content from comparisons and reviews to videos demonstrating comprehensive tire tests. Good stuff

I've ordered several sets of tires from tire rack and have always received them within 48 hrs! Also I accidently ordered the wrong tire size once and called them tires were already in route but dispatched cancelled them for me.

The last time I purchased tires for my Highlander, I received them very fast through the US postal service.

My family was taking a long-distance vacation trip, and the vehicle encountered a pothole. The impact damaged the sidewall of one of the tires. The damage could not be repaired. Because the tires were purchased from Tire Rack they were covered by a two-year warranty against road hazard failure. I entered a claim which was promptly reviewed, and I received total reimbursement for a suitable replacement tire from a local vendor who didn't have access to the original tire model. I used the reimbursement to purchase the correct replacement tire from Tire Rack. Thank you Tire Rack!
