Your road hazard coverage is thru a 3rd party vendor. It plainly sucks. Change the vendor or better, pull it back to covered (honored) and administered by Tire Rack.
Had a Blizzak tire failure. My experience with getting it replaced was easy. Pay for the replacement tire with Tire Rack. Wait for (not days, not weeks) months for your 3rd party vendor to refund me the cost of the replacement tire. Tire Rack really needs to pull that coverage back into Tire Rack and have the coverage in house.
