Tire selection and prices are great. Delivery was on time. However the $60 rebate pre-paid Mastercard never arrived. It was stolen in the mail (USPS). When I called BF Goodrich rebate center (located in mexico) and gave them all my info, I was informed there was 18 cents remaining on the card. They could NOT help me.Tough Luck buddy. They should issue a check in the persons name not a prepaid credit card ANYONE can use.
Have order multiple sets of tires from tirerack always find the best deals
Even though there is a free replacement tire, I would have hoped that the claims department would just send a new tire instead of having to place a claim wait till its installed to then reimburse you. That's why you should be able to at least upload your photos of the damage before hand so there are so discrepancies. Outside of that it was good

Pretty good, wouldn't let me select the wheels and tires i wanted so i had to work around their system in order to get the size i wanted. Which was actually really annoying because they refused to put the correct tire air pressure sensors in the wheels. Actually 2 stars. Now i have a dash light on in my car and the only reason is they refused to do what i wanted. Wheels and tires are cool tho. Now i have a tire rack credit card tho. YOLO
