I've ordered tires 2 times now. Both times I found a great value with the easy search function, checkout was quick, and the shipping was prompt. I got the tires quickly and they were right, without the need to request an exchange.
Always been a good process. Even with the free road hazard included. On my Evo X I had a set of low profile tires in which I went over a huge pothole that caused a blowout. Next day opened a claim and was resolved within a couple of days. Of course had to re-purchase the tire, but reimbursement only took a week about which was pretty quick.
