I ordered and installed a set of BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires for my Toyota FJ Cruiser back in January of 2025. I use the truck for my 35 mile a day commute, putting quite a few miles on the tires. This said, those miles were not pleasant ones... balancing issues, high spot and low spot issues and massive wet traction issues, equaled an all-around poor experience. I finally decided I'd call tire Rack after having NO LUCK with BF Goodrich helping me whatsoever.
Customer service listened, sympathized and was able to exchange my BF Goodrich's for a brand new set of my choosing (i had to pay an extra $27 OOP).
