Tires were shipped in time and I liked their quality. It would be better if the items placed in the Shopping Cart would remain there though. I've purchased tires for 3 our cars and plan to shop at Tire Rack in the future as well. Their tires are great as well as Customer Service.
Couldn't find exact tire I had previously ordered, chat with Tucker found it right away. However, when I went to have it shipped to/installed at my local Discount Tire, the system was programmed so it would not ship there due to non-mfr tire size. I called, they said no problem, but I had to ship it there as if it were a home address. Seems like that was a lot of work when the mgr at Discount Tire said that's a std size, bring it in. Come on guys, you are the same company, figure it out. Also, the 2 yr. Road hazard is free when ordering it on-line, but $35 if I go to the dealer (tho unlimited years.) I can tell this is an issue with Discount, as the sale goes to Tire Rack instead, and he gets only the install sale. Come on, you are the same company, you should be able to figure that out. Make it seamless for us to make it easy to come back & order. Thanks
