The selection and ordering process was fine however, the check out process still needs some refinement as the shipment location and install location options are confusing. I recently ordered two tires hadn't had them shipped and installed in Florida and almost made a mistake by ahipping to that location despite putting in my ZIP Code as a ship and install zone. Not sure why the Florida location would ever be in the list when I entered in a ZIP Code for North Carolina.
Despite being less than 5 miles from the distribution warehouse, no pickup option was offered during checkout. Checkout experience was horrible and confusing when selecting installers with services like alignments. Very disappointed with the amount of time I needed to spend with this order.
I ordered my tires over the phone and I was supposed to be getting the same tires just a different brand because the previous brand was out of stock of front and or rear tires. The wrong size was sent and now I have to go through reordering, printing labels etc. AND waiting on my refund! Its alot for a mistake Tire Rack made, not me!
