Was told by installer that tire had a lot of runout. Installer had to use excessive weight to balance and recommend not putting that tire on front of vehicle. Warranty dept. Told I had to have a road force balance done for the tire to be warrantied. That should be explained prior to appointment so that can be done and I wouldn't have to make another special trip to the installer waisting my time.
Tire Rack ia always my go to for new quality tires. I can order and in some instances I will receive my order the next day. Two or three at the most. Good service as well. Customer for life!

Tire rack is terrific for making tire decisions at a good price
This has been the most hassle free and quick tire buying experience ever. I've always used tire rack to compare prices and price match with stores but decided to buy tires from there for the first time. It was an amazingly quick and simple experience to buy and get them installed. During the buying process, I was able to schedule installation with a near by Discount Tires. The tires were delivered two days before my appointment, and in 30mins I was riding with new set of 4 tires.
I remember previously spending upwards of 2+ hours at a DTs, to buy and install the tires. This was the best experience and I will from now on, going to be using TR for any future tire purchases. Can't recommend Tire Rack enough.

I would not make a tire purchase from Tire Rack again. I ordered three ADVANTA HPZ-02 Ultra High Performance All-Season tires, but they sent me a different tire and claimed it was not their tire and that they could not resolve the issue. The different tire had a distinct brand and tread pattern; it was new, but not the tire I ordered. I purchased three matching tires, not a mismatched set. The customer service was subpar. I would never shop there or recommend them to anyone looking for tires; buyers beware was not very happy, had to purchase from Walmart
