I picked up a nail on the freeway, and by the time I got to the shoulder, the sidewall was done for. Filing the claim took just a few minutes, they asked for a few photos of the damage, and my claim was approved within a day or two. I had a check in hand a couple of weeks later—no hassle.
Tire Rack consistently beats the competition. They've had every tire I've ever searched for, the website is super intuitive, shipping is fast, and you get that free road hazard warranty as a bonus. Honestly, why shop anywhere else?

Shipped 3 out of 4 the right size one size was the wrong size and when I took it to Discount Tire to have it installed I had to call Tire Rack (Sister Company) to have it corrected. After getting flack that it was my fault they made it right and replaced it with the correct size that I ordered.
