Nothing but good things to say about the professionals at Tire Rack. Earlier this year I ordered a wheel and tire package and the delivered item was not as depicted on the website. TR paid for the return shipping and refunded all my money with no problems. When they say satisfaction guaranteed, they mean it! (Special thanks to Jade!) I've bought many sets of wheels and tires (or just tires) from Tire Rack over the past decades. The wheel and tire sets arrive balanced and perfectly fitted for my vehicle. I ordered tires for my volvo and after regular use one of the tires developed a baseball size bulge in the sidewall and I had to have it replaced. I reached out to tire rack with the issue to have it replaced under warranty but I never heard anything back despite still being well within the warranty period.
I was able to find my tires effortlessly, the price was reasonable and I was able to ship it directly to my installer shop.
I've ordered tires from TireRack for over 15 years now. The search engine is great- I'm able to look up friend's cars and help them chose the right tire. Easy ordering and delivery too- either to your home or an installer. Also, TireRack's test reviews are really well done.
