Great selection of tires, website offers many ways of knowing that your buying the tire you need at a great price
I was afforded a refund when I didn't receive a previous refund on a tire purchase. Only to find out the credit that was added to my account had expired. No one bothered to tell me this when I was given the credit. If you don't need tires within the time frame granted then its a moot point to offer a credit. I went ahead and ordered these but with reservations.
Easiest way to buy tires and will continue buying them here as long as I need tires
Easy to find the tires I needed with many options, very good price and fast shipping. Can't remember if shipping was free on last order but if there was a charge it wasn't very much. Installation options were good also but I have access to mounting and balancing machines so installation wasn't needed.

Tire Rack says to call the installer (found on their website during the ordering process) to schedule an installation appt as soon as the order is complete. Installer refused to schedule until the tires arrived, as they said they typically do not arrive on the date promised.
I ordered tow tires. I selected an installation place. My tires were delivered. I made an appointment to get the tires put on my car. The process was seamless! Great service!
