Tires are good fast delivery with no bs like other tire companies out there

My run flat tire blew out after hitting a pothole. I typically go to Discount Tire, but the experience there is dreadful. They try to upsell anything and everything, they over charge for everything, and they're usually super busy so you have to wait almost an hour just to see someone.

At TIRERACK.COM, I was able to search for my tire, purchase it at the lowest cost in the industry, schedule the installation and do it all from my phone in 10 minutes.

I actually ordered the WRONG tire for my car with TIRERACK.COM the first time I used them. I placed the order, paid for the tire, scheduled the installation and started freaking out once I realized the tire I just purchased is not the correct one for my car.

I called their customer service and line and literally had one of the best interactions I've ever had. I wish I remembered his name, but the gentleman who assisted me was an absolute ROCKSTAR.

He updated my order, put me at ease and did it all within 5 minutes. There was no wait times, no $#*!ty elevator music, just great service.

This company will dominate this space deservingly so moving into the future.

Buy online, 2 days shipping and installing by discount tires shop, which also offers road hazard protection, for the life of the tires.

Tire Rack's web site was easy to navigate and find the right tires for my vehicle, order them and have them delivered to my installer.

Over all good service, and the wheels are great but unfortunately the tires were very substandard.

I can always find a good deal for tires on Tire Rack. I found Bridgestone Turanza on close out. Probably spent half of what it would have cost me if it wasn't on close out.
