Curb damage. Had to replace 1 tire. 3 months and the tires are great.
Three months ago, I confirmed with Bruno that I was ordering BBS CH-R wheels. After that confirmation, I had no reason to believe there was any issue—I assumed the wheels were coming.
Fast forward three months with no update. I had to reach out myself to get an answer, only to find out the wheels are discontinued and not available.
While I understand supply chain issues happen, the lack of proactive communication and follow-up is frustrating. It left me with a sour taste as a customer. I ended up ordering a different set of wheels, but it would've been better—and more respectful of my time and trust—if I had just been told the truth back then or have been kept in the loop.
I have ordered more sets of tires from Tire Rack than I can possibly count. My GT Mustangs, Ford Explorers, Mercedes AMG, GL550, E450, Honda Accord, Honda Pilot, Minivans, BMW's, Maserati Quatroporte - ALWAYS a Good experience! I have also ordered brake shoes, Drilled and slotted rotors, and other items. Never a problem. Always the best comparable prices. I have had local shops do the installation and ask me what my price was - and literally say that they actually pay their supplier MORE than I paid through Tire Rack. I just have no interest in going anywhere else.
