The buying experience was great. I enjoyed being able to compare different tires and reading reviews. The installations were affordable. Also the hazard protection was great since I actually did need to replace a tire and it was covered. I had to pay a little extra because the first purchase was on sale, so it'd be nice if there was not any extra out of pocket but still a great benefit to buying from Tire Rack.
I would describe my previous experience as really awesome!

Tires that are hard to find, aren't at the tire rack. Lots of good knowledge on the site as well.
