I got a nail in my tire close to sidewall. In order to get the tire exchanged I had to take it Discount tire wait an hour and a half so they could see it. Then I have to order and pay for a new tire then have it installed. Then send in a photo and receipt to Tire rack to then be reimbursed.
Instead of just me calling telling my issue sending a tire to discount tire (your partner company) and installing a taking old tire one simple trip and no hassle.
Tire are good and prices are good but not good warranty process.
