This was the first time using Tire Rack and I am impressed. Everything went smoothly. I love the tires and the process.
I ordered and had the tires installed at my home. It was a smooth experience and the tire quality has proven excellent.
These are replacement tires for the two rear staggered tires. The warranty replacement process is not user friendly, confusing and deemed to be a waste of time. Installers are not familiar with the process. Also, your staff refused to accept a video of an authorized BMW technician showing the measurements of the tires. Customer service is unable to convert metric tenths to x/32nd, even though this information is readily available online and its basic math.
Very easy to check multiple wheel and tire options to make the best decision for my vehicle.

Everything about this process was easy and painless. The shop that was suggested was great and was able to install the same day as delivery. I would suggest you let other shops know that i would have probalbly never used that shop if they weren't recommended by you but now i'll consider them for other issues. Thanks
