Tire Rack made it so easy to find the tires my husband was looking for! To be able to compare 4 tires at once was a major plus, as he was trying to figure out which to choose. That sounds obvious, but there was so much more information in the comparison process than we thought of. He did call to speak with a tech when he was down to 2 to find out what kind of actual ride was better between them, which helped seal the deal on the ones he really wanted. Everything went well and we received the tires when expected. I would definitely recommend Tire Rack and would use them again!

Ordered tires from Tire Rack and booked an appointment with Discount Tire. I used valuable Paid Time Off for the tire installation. I found out 30 minutes before my appointment that the rear tires had arrived, but the front tires were not going to be delivered for another 2 days.
I want to be clear, this was not at all the fault of the people at Discount Tire. They did a fantastic job with the installation and alignment. The whole process might have taken an hour. And they were super friendly and knowledgeable.
This problem was with the appointment process. I got the "I'm sorry" statement and I was the one who called to voice my disappointment. I do not feel my time was valued by Tire Rack/Discount Tire. I had to inconvenience one of my children to pick me up from the store after dropping off the vehicle and driving me back up there. So I not only burned a day of PTO, but wasted my family's time.
Overall, the ordering process was very user friendly. The tire prices are competitive. The store team was awesome. But it doesn't matter if you can't get your tires on the car when you book an appointment. And then all you get is a "my bad" apology.

Same as now, very good service the website is easy to navigate and there are many options in all brand.
My order specifically went great, but I have a few other projects going on that I was wanting to browse some wheels and tires, both, separately, just by sizes, and some more importantly, by sale/closeout price. Maybe the closeout item would work good for one of my projects, even as a potential cheap mock up while it is in progress, but the way the website is, its pretty much impossible to just browse the sale items easily.
That's my only complaint. Otherwise, site and service are fantastic.
It all started with an awesome website. I was able to select my rims from a wide selection. Then I was able to see the rims on my specific car. Then the website allowed me to schedule delivery and installation of the rims at a service location near my house. Once it was all complete, Tire Rack reached out to me to make sure everything went smoothly. State of the art and easy!

Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
