Tire Rack was recommended by a friend when I was looking for snow tires. I did some price comparisons and liked the prices on Tire Rack, so I purchased a set of tires. As it was 4 days before Christmas, I expected to wait at least until after the Holidays to receive them. To my surprise and joy, they arrived the next day, 25 hours after ordering!
I also had an issue with my card so I accidentally ordered twice without knowing it and they reached out to me to confirm I my order was correct. This saved me the time and hassle of needing to return a set of tires I accidentally ordered.
Price was fair, customer service was good but next day delivery not so much.
However I would buy again from Tire Rack.

It's easy to give 5 stars. My friend referred me to Tire Rack several years ago and I have not been disappointed ever. Their website is easy to navigate, get educated, and order a quality tire for a good price. They can ship the tires to your service station or your home. They usually ship the next day. Lastly, I love the hazard protection that is included with the tire. I have shopped other companies and always come back to Tire Rack. They are a superb company!
The replacement tire (following a pothole puncture) was received impressively quickly despite the holiday season. The tire was installed by National Tire & Battery and it's performing as expected.

Could not be better
I purchased a tire to replace one which was damaged. It was convenient to have it delivered to the installer. When I got confirmation of delivery, I called the installer and was told there was no tire delivered. An hour and a half later I called again and they checked the back room and found the tire. Because of the holiday, they couldn't install it for 3 days. Then, the installation of one tire took an hour and forty minutes. I won't go back to that installer for service.
Ordered late Monday night, delivered Wednesday afternoon. Phenomenal.
