Easy shopping experience. I am a repeat customer and will be back again. TireRack had great prices, easy shopping experience, and delivery was on time. The installation was a completely different story. We scheduled an appointment with NTB in Morgantown, WV for install. We said we would grab some dinner while we waited for the tires to be installed. 2 hours later we come back to check in. They said they were on the last tire. An hour later we got the same story. It doesn't take an hour to install a tie. Disappointed with the lack of customer service from NTB.

I was amazed that the tire was delivered so speedily.

Why is price at installer not discussed prior to install? They threw a bunch of unneeded charges on the bill.

I ordered tires for my personal vehicle and the product was delivered within days.

Only thing that was confusing this time was that when I got to the page to select the installer, my regular installer did not show up at all, not on the list and not on the map. Called them and they insisted they were still a preferred installer. Went back to the order page and I may have ended up reloading the page and then it was showing them listed. Other than that, it was way too easy to drop $800+ on tires for my son's car.

Tahoe potholes are no joke. Tore open my tire on Tuesday and by Wednesday new tires were shipped to the installer. Saved nearly $450 from local dealer. So stoked!

I accidentally ordered the wrong tire for my new car. Tire Rack called me within minutes of placing my order to let me know that I did not order the tire the car was manufactured with, and asked if I meant to order the original tire type. I thought I was ordering the original tire type! Thanks so much for alerting me and making my order right!

Saved $240 compared to what the dealer quoted and got a better tire. We have an odd size and not a single tire shop in town carried them. Will take a few extra days to get them on but well worth saving the money and upgrading from what the dealer offered.
