After receiving a quote from Oscar, who was very helpful, I was very excited about placing my order.
After placing my order and calling in for assistance, on 04 Aug 2021, I was told and expecting to receive my order by 06 Aug. Between that time a customer representative (Wisecarver) started emailing me about phone number verification. I quickly responded to her email but no call back number was left to reach her at. My voicemail was not working properly and she never offered any other option (e.g. Text) to verify my number or left a call back number for herself. By the end of all the back and forth emails I was not only frustrated, but highly disappointed as my tires were not shipped. I was adamant on canceling my order and in fact did. Within the same day the assistant manager reached out to help resolve the issue and said she would offer a discount to offset the experience I had with tirerack. I decided to give tirerack another chance as well as take advantage of the discount. She was very helpful, kind, and understanding to my situation. My order was placed on 09 Aug and received of 10 Aug which was very impressive. I will definitely consider using tirerack for future purchases provided I don't have to go through this ordeal again.

TR called me two times to verify the Firestone store was OK to install the pads. One call is OK; TWO calls is not OK.
Long time TR customer who has placed lots of orders for many $K; who does NOT Appreciate TR duplication of calls. Really! TR: One call is enough!

Okay although your site would not accept my first credit card. Something about Secure Care, whatever that is, did not recognize my Citicard which I use all the time.
