Very easy to do business with. The process of delivering to the tire store was good. The one problem I had was that the tire store could not mount the low profile tires for my car so I had to find another place and pay a higher installation price.

Easy, no hassle experience. Ordered my tires online, they were shipped to a local installer and then they came to my house (on time) and installed my new tires in an hour.

I ordered a set of tires for aftermarket wheels that were different than factory spec, so a Tire Rack employee contact me to double check that I didn't make a mistake. Once I confirmed they were correct, the order was placed and the tires arrived next day. Amazingly fast.

Quick delivery, prompt customer service, and assistance with the installation company are outstanding. They even disclose how much the installer will charge you up front. I'd also like to add that they contacted me prior to shipping to inform me that the tires I ordered were not the factory original tires for the vehicle to confirm I had not made a mistake in my selection.
