I liked tire rack. Commercial tire sucked, but that's my fault for not choosing a tire rack dealer

Excellent experience from the beginning to delivery.

Website as full of information to make an educated choice. Someone at customer service even called after my order to double check because the tire I selected were not the OEM size. I thought that was excellent customer service.

After hopping several tire shops on a weekend with no luck in finding tires for my EV, I found exactly what I was looking for at Tire Rack at a great price. To my surprise, I had a choice to have the tires delivered and installed at my house by Tire Rack's mobile service. No more sitting in a tire shop for me.

Purchased cooper discoverer at3 light truck tires w/ 2yr road hazard warranty. Fair price and fast delivery. So far so good!

I am a return customer for the 3rd time. I find the selection and comparison information on each tire available through Tire Rack to be unmatched. Quick delivery, prompt customer service, and assistance with the installation company are outstanding. They even disclose how much the installer will charge you up front. I'd also like to add that they contacted me prior to shipping to inform me that the tires I ordered were not the factory original tires for the vehicle to confirm I had not made a mistake in my selection.

TireRack service works great, easy way to present the correct product your looking for, easy to pay and get the products, the installer not so great, they didn't had my appointment, they had to look for my tires, they gave me the car with all 4 wheels slightly scratched and really dirty
