Needed new tires for my GTI. Decided to treat myself to new wheels as well. Put my order together and the whole setup was delivered next day. All necessary parts were included (including the required centering rings that were preinstalled which I greatly appreciated). Tires are nicely aligned and haven't had any issues this far.

Selection is great (my local tire dealer couldn't source specific Michelin tire I was looking for but tirerack had it in stock). User ratings are extremely helpful. Price is good. And if you pick one of their affiliated installers, the mounting and balancing costs are low and guaranteed. I've also had my personal mechanic install. Worked fine both ways.

Amazing site. Love the price transparency, vast selection, reviews, and detailed information. This was my first time ordering and I wasn't totally familiar with how to select the right tires. I placed my order and not long after I received a call from one of your employees letting me know that the tires I selected were not rated for my vehicle. He helped me find tires that were for a similar price and took care of everything for me. They came on time to my service provider and there were no issues whatsoever!

Only took 2 days to get our brand new tires delivered! Even better quality in person. Pics don't do them justice. Very happy with them, and the company!

The process was really fast. Ordered on 8/9/2021 and had them installed on 08/13/2021.

I made an appointment with the local
Tires plus to install. I called them and they said they could not install them on the day I picked, last Friday. I said okay, when can we do it? They said Sunday so I said no problem let's do it then. Then they said this is a Tire Rack order right and I of course confirmed since I had them shipped there. They then process to tell me that it will be two weeks before they can get to any Tire Rack installation. I then proceeded to tell them I will come get the tires and have them put on somewhere else.

Very quick and easy with plenty of tire options. This will be the only way I buy tires again. Using the Tire Rack mobil installation truck was awesome as well.

Except the fact that UPS made a mistake and delivered in two different days, everything else was fine.

No problems with anything. Price was fair. Had installer close by.
