I order a wheel Rrim to fit a 2020 Honda Hybrid Accord. I was pleased with TireRack knowledge, and follow up. After i ordered my rim, i called asking about a jack for it. I told the man they was taking care of me, that our local Hoda dealer parts dept. told me it would take a "special jack" Your representative put me on hold and checked with one of the Honda dealers ya'll work with, and you said you had a close working relationship with the Honda people. When he came back on the phone he told me the Honda people said it was not true, there was no special jack for it. As it turned out, i did not buy a jack from you. I ended up getting one from a junk yard for $20.

Over all i was very satisfied with your service, and i would use you in the future, and i would highly recommend my friends to do the same.

Very timely delivery and quality of tires is high. I do however feel that a cheaper price, just a tad even, would make a better experience. 970 dollars for 4 tires I'll probably replace in like a year is a little expensive but nice tires.

They had what I needed in stock, and I had my tires the next day. They were a little more expensive than I thought a little tire like that should be, but that's probably more Dunlop than Tire Rack.

I'm lucky enough to be able to mount and balance my own tires, so I save a lot compared to going to a tire shop. Plus the 40 dollar pickup discount is great too if you live close to their warehouse like I do. Great selection and I found a great tire in the price point I wanted to pay.
