Ordered up 4 all terrain tires for the SUV and used Tire Rack's ASAP service to mount and balance. Tires shipped to the installer and scheduled. All done in my driveway in an hour with a text say "On the way" and "Out front". Doesn't get any better than that

Errors on the ordering page where installers are selected; could barely select anything. Had do select the only one available. Turned out to be a very good installer; reasonably priced; fast, easy install scheduling.
Overall very good experience though; next day shipment to the installer, and next day install that took reasonably small amount of time

Love this site! We've been getting our tires through you guys since the beginning and will not go anywhere else! Prices are great and shipping is fast.
I ordered the tires with the stipulation that I would not be home from Sat-Mon. The tires were delivered on Sat and sat there on my front porch for a couple of days, capable of being stolen until I came home.
Ordered a set of tires but one tire was sent to a wrong NTB location. I contacted the NTB at the location where tire was sent and it was not there. Tire Rack indicated in may be delivered later or next day by UPS. Tire did not show up so I had to have tire rack Iberia tire to my house. A bit inconvenient but I got my tire shipped overnight to my home.
I originally purchased my tires in July 2020 and had a blowout and using the online claim and reordering the tire was very easy
I live in the British Virgin Islands. Lots of hills and brakes die fast.
Whe that happens you have to ship things in.
I am in construction and no truck means no work.
