So far everything has been great! I haven't actually got the tires on the car because I came so quick
Ordered the wheels and they got here quick was a little upset i initially didnt receive a email to confirm delivery but i called and they resolved it quick.
I know little about tires. I ordered what I thought would be a good snow tire for my truck. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Tire Rack advising me that the tires I had chosen would likely run very rough on my truck. We talked about different sizes, and I ended up in a tire which was cheaper than the one I had originally chosen. And the tires were here in 2 days!

It allowed me to schedule an appointment to have the tires put on however there was a delay in shipping which caused it to not allow that timeframe to work I feel like they should've known that there would've been a delay because of shipping prior to the appointment even being allowed to be made. Shipping delays are not a surprise at this point however the appointment should've not been able to be made for another day out. Plus I didn't receive an email showing me that my order went through and then I also didn't receive an email telling me about the delay those are my frustrations.

I have been in the tire business for over 30 years i had used tire rack in the past but know its so easy no hidden tricks price you see the price you pay and tires arrive faster than i can get local if they have to order. Awesome
I was used to a more precise delivery window instead of "by end of day" on the late delivery day provided. It caused me to shuffle things and it led to two additional days without my car. Ends up, the tires arrived early enough that I could have had the work done on time.
