The site directed me to tires but the installer said they didn't fit and I had to pay 70 to ship back
I had to place an order for BMW X5 tires and I mistakenly chose the 275 45 20 instead of what was on my car which was a 275 40 20. The next morning I got an email from Sam Donahoe informing me that he was processing my order but thought to mention the discrepancy between what I ordered and what's recommended by the manufacturer. I was really surprised, pleasantly of course, at him catching my mistake during the ordering process. I thanked him and asked him to correct the size which he did immediately and I got the tires the next day! Awesome service
