Was very easy using site to place my order.ya that was easy. But receiving my order was a nightmare! Received two tires then the third, then the fourth never came and found out the carrier sent it back and I received a refund and had to reorder the fourth and it was higher priced then the others so I will never use tire rack again.

Todd was a great help in helping me identify the correct tire for my vehicle based on the things that were most important to me in a tire.

I ordered Michelin Crossclimate2 tires based on Todd's recommendation. The tires were installed at my home within the week. These tires have made a world of difference in my driving experience. The ride is smoother, quieter and it feels like my car handles so much better. My stereo even sounds better. Who knew that 4 new tires would make driving so much more pleasurable? Your website gave me the option to schedule and appointment but when I tried it said it was closing my session for security reasons, but wouldn't tell me exactly why I couldn't schedule an installation appointment. That was just my initial problem with Firestone, where I have been a customer for many years. When I took my car in to get the tires I purchased installed, they declined to perform the work because I had only purchased two tires and not four. Funny how when I purchased just two tires twice before at that same Firestone location, they installed them just fine. I feel like I was being punished for not purchasing my tires through the Firestone location, tho they claimed it was because the two tires I was not replacing were not new enough.

The entire purchase and delivery was flawless and very fast. The installer was able to work me in quickly and i was out the door in less than 2 hours. The installation price was incorrect, however after a brief call with customer service i was satisfied with the resolution

Web site is crazy and I could not get my password changed! Had to call the local office twice while I sat outside for an hour! They never told me the issue!

IT WORKED OUT GREAT! After checking with the Toyota dealer and finding out that even though it was an OEM tire, their system had none available, so I went on line to Tire Rack. You had a tire delivered to one of your authorized installers, a Firestone store in Escondido, and they put it on for me.
