Everything seems very good so far, but I received an open boxed product, and I never know how to take that. I'm hoping it will be fine.

I have nothing but trouble with Tire Rack's web site not loading properly. Could not search by size or vehicle, had to "trick it"by back door in from search by brand or type or review Trying to order had the same kind of problems with web site locking up and being unable to complete the on line order, Sales staff was helpful, order fulfillment very prompt, tire was delivered the day you promised, UPS tracking did not have a clue when it was going to be delivered.

Bought a couple of tires for my mustang. Tires came on time and were what I ordered. Satisfied.

I really like that I can input the things most important to me--like traction, tread life, etc. Having the best choices for my criteria is really helpful

Tire has not been installed yet, so no answer to the how satisfied I am with the product.

I have order a couple of brakes and rotors for my multi vehicle in the family. Got exactly what i order and shipping a plus. My 16 yr old wants to do scca next year, this will be are go to for brakes and tires.

Have bought from Tire Rack a few times and it's always an easy experience. Love the selection of brands. But there's no logical reason why UPS would deliver 2 of 4 tires on time an the other 2 tires 4 days late. As good as Tire Rack is, not sure I'll be buying from them again. The UPS screwup caused me to rearrange my entire schedule. Not happy

Tire Rack is the only way to buy tires!

Vredstein tires have become hard to find since the pandemic but I've been able to purchase 2 sets from Tire Rack. The shipping was free and included 2 year road hazard protection. Could have used this on the Redline tires I purchased from another vendor as I hit a rock going to the WWABFM last month (7-2021).

The tire needed was in stock and the ordering process was really easy. I like the fact I could get the tire the next day.

Website is very user-friendly. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Had a gift card from years past, that wasn't going through. Customer service went to bat for me and got me the correct price. Will be back again.
