My tires were delivered quickly and they were great and lasted me 3 years of towing my trailer so I have been extremely pleased!

Ordered a set of KO3's on a Saturday and they were delivered by the time I got home from work on Tuesday. Was actually impressed. It was pretty much a hassle free experience

I have been purchasing tires from Tirerack for many, many years! I honestly don't know how many sets of tires I have purchased over the years. If I had to guess, it would probably be somewhere near 40 different sets of tires for a multitude of vehicles….
It is always a pleasure to purchase from Tirerack. I personally have not had any issues with a prior purchase. I will be a Tirerack faithful as as they are around……

I appreciate the Tire Rack Team verifies vehicle info before filling order. In the past, they identified an issue when I ordered a standard load where I should have purchased extra load tires. The feedback info for the tires is super helpful... one of the main factors in today's choice was to have a excellent rated tire with superior noise suppression (noisy tires are just exhausting!)

Ordered multiple times, never had any issues. Free road hazard is great as I had claims and got paid for them.

Could have easily been a 5 star experience, but car profile doesn't reflect my custom wheels, and the order history has no real information about the specs on the tires I've previously ordered from you.

I have custom wheels (which I also ordered from you), so the tire dimensions that I need to order are not OEM. I have a car profile saved under my account, but it doesn't seem to be aware of my custom wheels, which makes the car profile essentially useless to me.

Okay find, I'll search manually. I'll just go to my order history under my account to view the tires I ordered last time. I would just use the fitment specs from that order to fill in my search criteria... Except the "full order details" page shows absolutely no information about the tires that I ordered. Just the fact that I ordered 4 of them, and that they each cost $130 something.

I had to search my own email account to find the tires I ordered last time and pull the specs out of there. It's not the end of the world, but in 2025 you should really have these things streamlined better. The car profiles should include custom wheel installs and just automatically show me tires that fit my car now and on all future visits. You should be making it so easy for me that it would feel like a pain in the $#*! to buy tires from a different seller.

The first order was great. Delivered as expected to my home.

They give great deals, fast delivery, and wondering products! I love the financing options as well it nice to be able to pay over time.

A set of staggered A/S tires arrived as ordered for my vehicle.

Easy to find trusted brands at good prices. Able to take tires to trusted service shop after purchase.

This is my 2nd order from TireRack. Love the whole experience. Was able to save quite a bit of money and very pleased with the selection process. Highly recommend to anyone considering tires. Just need to find a local installer. Thanks!
