Very straightforward ordering process and accurate inventory

Selection for the right size tire was easy with the tire selector guide and wheel size options for my car. The hardest part was deciding what type of ride/performance I wanted. The checkout process was easy, with several options to receive my purchase. To the house, installer, or even have an installer come to me. This was the second time I have used delivery to installer and they came to my address to install. In I think five days I had new tires on my car.

Would honestly have to say it was very Quick and easy!

Tires were easy to find. It was also nice to be able to see and compare the ones I was considering side by side.

The website is easy to use, they don't put random brands and by cross referencing reviews outside, the tires they sell are top quality. Pickup is also fast if you take that route

Normally 5 stars - had an issue with a backorder when tires showed in stock. I was immediately informed of this however. Sam Donahoe really helped me get 4 different tires though - so that was great.

Nice options, wide selections and it is nice to see the wheel mounted on the car display. I had the tires mounted and balanced and then the wheels shipped with center caps installed. The center caps had to be removed to install on the vehicle causing needless additional steps. Also I had missing center cap screw that I need to replace.

Good selection and sorting tools. Tires are rated in several categories and may be compared against each other. Suggest you add TPMS as another item to select on checkout.
