Easy to order, great prices, fast shipping, will be buying tires here again

This is my second time buying from Tire Rack. It's easy to use the website and being able to use PayPal is convenient. Their shipping is incredibly fast.

Reasonably pain-free (as online ordering goes), and the website has a vast wealth of information on extending the service life of tires.

Thank you tire rack. Was a different experience this time, hopefully this makes sense? I got a call from someone at tire rack telling me they thought I made a mistake with my order because the OEM tire was different then the tire I purchased. We obviously they didn't look up my orders because I was reordering a single tire that I had just purchased 2 months earlier. Next time before you call someone and confuse them about what they are ordering make sure you look at their previous orders. O yeah I called they guy out and told him the tire I ordered should be fine and he basically was pissed off and said FU to me.

Replaced runflats with conventional tires. An expert contacted me to make sure and make a recommendation to replace all 4 tires instead of 2 due to runflats handling different than conventional tires.

Order, delivery, and install with one of the preferred installers went perfect.
