Today's order was acceptable and improved from my last experience where I needed a warrenty tire after getting a bubble. I had to pay upfront for a new tire while that reimbursed me over a 1 month period through a 3rd party claims handler. The claims handler was awful and the website you have to submit pictures and report to barely works. Also the tire I had to warrenty was almost $300 vs about $109 when I ordered it 2 months prior. Hopefully todays experience is a sign of better management and improved service.
I had an issue with 1 Pirelli tire getting a bubble. The warranty process was a nightmare and took weeks to get done. They couldn't get the file to open on their end and continued to deny the forms I sent with zero explanation until I finally emailed and called about it.

Ordered set of tires for my Porsche a couple of years ago. Wanted special Michelins but limited sizes since covid. Called got on a list and within a few weeks tires were confirmed and delivered to the shop. Since then ordered another set for another car with the same service. Didn't have to go through the sales pitches and pushing for their choices.
I tried to order some pirelli tires and the website said they were in stock. They were not.

In stock, quick shipping. Actually overnight. OE size donut spare was 135 x 60 x 16, TireRack had it in 135 x 70 x 16 and is actually 1 inch shorter. This is for my 1989 Pontiac Firebird convertible... benefits from the shorter tire. OE was a 'collapsible/inflatable' which cannot be found.
I had a stored billing address and credit card address. Until I deleted them BOTH I could not finish the order. Your system kept telling me I had not entering shipping info. After deleting both previous addresses the system let me pay and checkout. :(
