I needed to order the tires, then separately schedule the service. The service location would not let me schedule until they received the tires - extending the time to get the tires.

The website was confusing about availability and delivery date on the specific tires I was considering, but customer service rep was very helpful and made the difference. Because of customer service rep I end up placing the order. Price and delivery time were as promised. More than that, tirerack.com using UPS instead of FedEx was the best option.
Other tire suppliers didn't have the 255/45/19 Vredestine winter tires I ordered for 2021 Tesla Y LR, and delivery time was much longer than what tirerack promised and honored. Tires have been manufactured in 2021 during weeks 30-32, a nice assurance they are not too old.
