All previous experience as positive. Current interaction with online ordering was difficult because of unclear instructions to update my password and then sign into my account. I was unable to use my account to make this order. I have been a contented customer of Tire Rack for more than 15 years.

I needed all season tires in different sizes for my AMG. Tire Rack reps helped find and place the order for top rated tires and the process was very easy.
In general i pick the tires up at he local tirerack distribution center and save some cash doing this, price is usually better then other places and pick tires tires the same day! I also had ordered rims and tires set which they installed and delivered in a few days. They came in excellent condition with perfect balancing and no scuff marks from the installation process including installing the TPMS sensors

I've purchased many sets of tires from TireRack and never have had any problems. The tires are promptly delivered to my house then when I have time I take them to local installer to have them mounted. In this case I'm purchasing the Winter/Snow tires early before they are sold out and will take them closer to CA winter (Nov/Dec) and have them installed. Previous purchases I've had them delivered to my goto installer who calls me to schedule installation mounting. Completely hassle free. Couldn't ask for better arrangement.
