Tire information/resources are very thorough and influential and have been a great info source for many years; however, Customer Service was horrible. Several attempts to reach a customer service rep on the phone were made (using three different phone numbers) that seemed to end up on the same automated answering service. I was never able to speak to svc rep, even after holding each time for between 10-20 minutes, over the course of three days and different times. I eventually hung up each time. Decided to just work out my questions myself. Phone service/support (or lack thereof) was very frustrating:-( and really should be rethought by Tire Rack management.

This outfit knows what one needs and provides it - well!

Easy to find the correct rims. Also prompted for the TPM - tire pressure monitor. Our local mechanic is a Tire Rack installer.

I always buy my tires here. I am satisfied with the pricing and shipping. The free road hazzard was a great bonus!. But the most important aspect or Tire Rack is the valuable research and ratings that are provided. Each tire's attributes are broken down into categories so that a buyer can choose according to their specific priorities. I was very interested in the "at home installation service" but unfortunately no information on pricing was provided at the time of purchase so I declined and had my tires installed elsewhere. My advice is to make the pricing info available before asking a customer to commit. Also let us know if your mobile techs provide wheel balance and alignment services. New tires need to be aligned to ensure even wear.
