Easy to find info and help with decision of tire choice. I also liked you can compare costs for installers in your area. There was a sizable difference in price for the same service. My installer was half the cost of others and did an awesome job installing, balancing the tires and right on time for my scheduled appointment.

I was very pleased with the research performed by the company to allow we customers to compare, and make a more informed decision about our final selection.
Another benefit was the little thought about two year tire protection program that comes complimentary from Tire Rack with each purchase.
Well, unfortunately, I've had to do a claim to replace a damaged tire. The claim was handled, quickly, and a reimbursement check is on the way.
