Incredible. Had an issue with my credit card company repeatedly putting a hold on the purchase until I confirmed the charge. Tire Rack stayed in contact and held the order for multiple days until it cleared.

I always get my tires here because first time I purchased a set. My wife went with daughter and helped her take her girl scouts to camp. We had a van. She had it packed with girls and there things. She was almost there. 150 miles from home and her tire light came on. She pulled over and somehow a board with some nails and wire was in side of tire. The spare was original and because it stored underneath the van we didn't realize how bad rim was rusted. Some gentlemen helped her change it but told her she had better not use rim very far. They were 5 miles from campground. Because they had to travel later in day she ran to 3 different places and they wouldn't repair tire because hole to high up to be plugged. She went to get paperwork out of glove box to find tire size and saw that you offered the extra 2 year warranty. When she called your service agent says we can send you a new one or you can just go get one. Even though the Walmart there didn't have exact match they found one that would work. You guys had no problem at all with that and reimbursed us. You saved my wife the worry of carting grandkids and girl scouts about. Thank you

Easy to find what tires I wanted. Had them in stock and were reasonably priced. Only complaint I have is that the tires should be pulled and ready for you to pick up when tire rack says your order is ready to be picked up not wait til you arrive to pick them up. Sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to pull tires.
