I'm a first time user, but this won't be my last time, I'm sure. The site is easy to navigate and the prices are incredible. I was amazed that the FREE delivery took only two days. What else could I ask for?

I was going to buy my tire at a local shop, but after a few calls I found no one had the tire in stock. I received the tire from Tire Rack in less than 24 hours. Now. I can take the new tire and the bad tire/rim to any shop and not have to wait for them to order a tire for me.

It was easy and convenient. The tires arrived ahead of schedule with free delivery. I paid the same price for the tires that was available elsewhere but they were out of stock.

Literally the worst customer service ever!

I placed an order for four tires last night got a call that only one is in stock, and that could be like that up to 90days. So we found a replacement tire that was a few dollars more, and then I was told due to paying with PayPal, I had to cancel my order and then reorder. I offered to pay the difference via CC and was told that was not possible as it needed to be the exact total. I then asked is there was a tire at the same price point, and of course, it was a no.

So I asked would it be possible to discount the tires, and your rep Jared Freely, said, " I can't discount them just because you want me 2," which is bull$#*!. I tried everything I could to pay the difference, and instead of saying, "our site said they were available, and now they are not; yes, I can help you out, he was just a $#*!.

So thank you for nothing!

You guys sent me a wheel and tire package when I lived in Jackson, Wy. I loved the michilen latitude x-ice, but the wheels degraded fairly quickly, but I knew at the time that they probably would, because I recieved a call from your salesman before they put the tires on telling me those wheels would not last up in Jackson! That call is why I trust your business integrity over anyone else! And yes, It was just as easy to find and order this time as it was before.
