1st time user and so far so good. Chose tires, chose installer and paid. Hoping for a good and positive outcome in this voyage but it was good to this point. Tires arrived at the chosen installer approximately four days after the order was placed and the shipping occurred. I can't speak to the quality of the tire (though it is a name brand) as they have not been mounted on the vehicle as yet. Hoping this will do the trick as far as road noise of the tires I am replacing.
Best option for my sprinter 3500 van that we want little worries
