Return customer Purchasing second set of replacement tires for my Subaru outback. Site was very easy to navigate, tire options were extensive and I was very happy that I was able to pick mine up within a few days. Recommendations were helpful, and my last set of tires met up with the reviews that they were given. Overall very pleased with my experience. Seamless buying experience and tire installation. I wouldn't do it any other way. It takes out all the headaches of tire buying & you save more money. You get to decide of the kinds of tires you are purchasing and how well they performed on the road as rated by customers.
Shopped here to save a little money. The only thing worse than the advise I received from the sales folks/"experts" was the customer service after my purchase. Choosing Tire Rack ultimately cost me money. They don't have to care about you and it shows.
