Have been shopping for tires at TireRack for many years and different vehicles. They make it so easy to review, compare and purchase tires. I feel that at tire stores the sales people try and push what is most convenient or profitable. Not so at TireRack.

It is always easy to pick and order my tires. You get to compare features easily

Order new tires and delivered to the installer. Make an appointment with installer and have them installed. Couldn't be easier.

Quick easy, good information and simple design to order from. However, I would not recommend Discount Tire to install unless you question them on every detail. They took my old tires and tire caps without questioning and didn't even give me enough tire caps on the new set. Also over the phone they told me $22-$25 per tire to install but ended up being about $35, i could of just had just gone with TireRack option to install on delivery.

I never needed to physically handle the tires. Tire Rack took care of everything from ordering, delivery, and even the tire mounting.

My Michelin tires arrived on time and in excellent condition. The Premier LTX model was a good fit for my low mileage 1998 Ford Econoline E-150. Years earlier I changed the rim size on the van to 16". This made tires with a lower sidewall height available.

I love tirerack. They make shopping for tires so easy.

Transaction was smooth, tires were mounted correctly and shipping was lightning fast as usual.

Tires initially felt out of round or improperly balanced. After 500 miles of a 700 mile trip, they smoothed out and I like them. Good road feedback and quieter than the mxm4s they replaced.

First time here but was very satisfied! I have not seen the tires as they were delivered elsewhere.

Originally my appointment with Tire Plus was to buy two tires and install them
To my surprise when I arrived they did not had my tires and tried to up-sale me. I left, bought the tires online and made a second appointment with tires plus just to install them and get rid of the old tires and this last tome it went smooth

I would have like them to get the whole deal but they failed the first time and did a great job the 2nd visit

Tech called to talk with me about the intended use of the CT31 TPMS service tool. He wanted to verify the vehicle and validate the tool would work prior to shipping.
That's real customer service in my book.
