Ease of use of website, tires in stock. Ordered and had delivered to a local Discount tire. Plus the price was slightly lower online. Thanks for your prompt delivery.

There was an issue with the cart, could not proceed to next step, pop-up said the tires I selected were not run-flat even though they were. I had to "save for later" then put them in the cart from there. Other than that, Tire Rack is my go to hassle free tire store!

I have started to only buy tires from TireRack. It the reviews and options being available, it was easy. Else, not many can offer the variety of run flats at the prices offered.

Lots of useful comparison information. Started with the assumption I'd get Michelin Sport summer tire, but ended with Continental. $300 less and very similar ratings.

I am angry that you DEFAULT to shipping the tires to some installer rather than to me. You tricked me that way in the past, which resulted in me making frantic phone calls to you to stop this. I suggest that there should be NO default; the buyer should SELECT where he/she wants the product(s) shipped.
