On a Thursday, I bought a more expensive set of tires because their delivery date was next day (9am-12pm) versus weeks/months away. Around 5:30pm, tires still hadn't shown up. Tire Rack had to give them to the end of the business day (it was), then the next day before filing an investigation. I had paid via PayPal (and they had received the payment), but now they needed my credit card info for a reorder, if the tires were lost. Said the charge would be on their House Account and they wouldn't charge me for the reorder. Fortunately, the tires were delivered on Monday, but it'll be Friday before they can be installed. For my trouble, they gave me a $50 gift certificate. No offense, but I'd rather a $50 refund because it's not like I'll be buying more tires anytime soon or put mudflats on my MINI. Can't wait to feel my better ride this weekend.

Tire Rack gave me what I ordered, but the delivery from Fed Ex was the worst experience I have ever had. If I had the room to show you the tracking of my tires and what happened when the delivery truck was actually at my door without my tires in the Fed Ex truck, you would be flabergasted at the incompetence of the coordination of delivery from this company.
This is the best place to buy tires! Easy, fast and precise.

Price beat all others. Grate deals mostly on time had to wait longer than expected do to tires getting mailed in pairs

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
