I purchased new 4 new tires and wheels for my wife's WRX. When it all arrived it looked great. Then because I was in a rush I ran the first lug nut on with my impact gun only to realize I stripped the stud because tire rack sent me coarse thread lug nuts instead of fine. Contacted Tire Rack and they could only send me replacement lugs in a few days. So I got replacement lugs from Discount Tire and Tire Rack refunded. Now on to TPMS which I purchased 4 new ones. They were never installed by Tire Rack, of course, I only learned this after multiple trips to repair places. I first went to Discount Tire who told me they couldn't find the sensor with their reader. Tire Rack tells me oh you have to go to your dealer. So then I go to the dealer they can't find them either. Now Tire Rack will send me the sensors. I take them to discount and get them installed. Glad discount tire took care of us the incompetence at Tire Rack ensures I will never purchase wheels or tires from them again.
