I found the tires I was looking for at a reasonable price and with free delivery.

I have used TireRack before. Got my winter tire and wheel package from TireRack for my 2018 Tesla Model 3. Finally received my new 2022 Tesla Model Y and week later with less than 300 miles, I picked up a large screw damaging the sidewall. TireRack had my replacement tire to me in two days.

I appreciated the technical performance report information available for each tire. This gave additional confidence in the purchase.
My only issue was related to the age of the tires…there is no indication through the purchase process what year the tires are made, or how long they are stored before selling.

Have been ordering for years from this company and never had a problem with our products and services. Always find we are looking for.

Keept changing recommended wheels? Once that little bump was ironed out the tires/wheels available were perfect. Great Price! Wintee

Loved the tire finder feature. I absolutely hate shopping for tires but this was much easier than trying to figure it out on my own. The day after I placed my order I discovered that the installer I had chosen was no longer in business so I frantically called Tire Rack. They were able to reroute my order to be delivered to another installer.

Loved the ability to rate how important specific tire performance criteria were to me. Really good UX.

It was very easy to shop for the tires that I wanted; there were great search options, including limiters that let me rule out tires I didn't want, so I had fewer listings to review and choose from (and all were perfect for my car). The site worked well on my phone, and placing my order was quick, and very simple!

I ordered four tires for my RV and received all of them in great condition. Three of them were delivered on a Tuesday, and the final one came in that Friday. The tires are dated from this year (unlike the ones I ordered from another company).

Pretty easy, and fast delivery! Shipped right to my door! You can't beat that!
